Matt Lowell
Succeeding last summer as headliner of The Camplified Tour *, the largest Camp tour in the country, Matt has reemerged upon the NYC scene with a fresh sound and a new approach. With his last full-length album selling over 1,500 copies on tour, Matt finished his studies at the renowned Berklee College Of Music. Performing shows in the most simple form just his acoustic guitar and voice to turn to, Matt has teamed up with 2007 Boston Music Award’s ‘Local Producer of the Year’ Crit Harmon (producer for Martin Sexton). The result is Matt’s brand new “First Taste EP” set to be released late this fall early winter. Since the recording of the EP Matt and Crit Harmon have been vigorously co-writing and Matt has been road-testing many new songs. With an urge to constantly be writing, recording and building fans, Matt will be hitting many east coast cities over the next few months. It wont be before long that his catchy hooks mixed with his knack of deep writing makes you a life long fan, listen and found out for yourself.
